Registration Deadline has now passed.
Preliminary Schedule (Version 1) Released to Coaches via RegChamp
(Warm Up timings in this version are estimates only and may change).
RegChamp system is OPEN for amendments now, until end of day 23 January 2025.
Digital Schedule is OFFLINE until updates are complete and next schedule is issued.

CURRENT ACTIONS REQUIRED:
- Login to RegChamp and make all roster and division amendments required to your entry. Note that submitted change request forms relating to roster amendments/division changes will not be actioned, you must login and make these updates yourself.
- You can still view the Prelim Schedule (version 1) in RegChamp - in the 'Docs, Reports & Results' tab. Click the link under 'Documents' to see the PDF version, including awards timings. This version will be replaced with an updated version on 6 Feb 2025.
- If you haven't already submitted a change request form for any conflicts/timing issues in Prelim Schedule Version 1, you may email us about these, but please don't email us about existing change request forms that are pending. These will be reviewed AFTER 23rd January and before the next schedule is released on 6th February.
- STUNT GROUPS: We are allowing existing entries for Virtual SG the option to stay as you are or upgrade to live performance. You'll get an email about that if this applies to you.
- Prepare as needed for the 11 February deadline for Group Spectator orders, ordering wristband postage, and coach greenlight data uploads. Note this deadline is slightly more than 30 days before the event, due to event size.
- Place pre-orders for t-shirts, pins and medals before 17 February deadline.

TIMELINE OF KEY DATES AND DEADLINES:
- 3 Dec 2024: Team Registration Closes. Rosters, divisions, team entries must be confirmed. Payments must be received in full by this date. Deadline is firm.
- 10 Dec 2024: Waitlist requests will be decided no later than this date. Also, if logistics allow options for virtual SG to upgrade to live performance, we will notify teams no later than this date, and allow time for teams to decide how to proceed either way.
- 17 Dec 2024: Confidential Preliminary Schedule (version 1) released to coaches.
- 17 Dec 2024 to 15 Jan 25: During this time you may submit Change Request Form via RegChamp for schedule conflicts/concerns ONLY. DO NOT submit any roster amendments or division changes. The system will open for you to make these changes yourself on 16th Jan. Additional info sent via email.
- 16 Jan 2025 to 23 Jan 2025: RegChamp open for coaches to make their own roster updates/division changes (note division changes will still incur a £75 fee, except for those caused directly by roster changes).
- 6 Feb 2025: Prelim Version 2 Schedule to be released to coaches only no later than this date. (Further prelim versions may also be released, if required). More details will be added later regarding action for any changes from 6 Feb onwards.
- 11 Feb 2025: Deadline for Group Spectator Orders, Ordering Wristband Postage, and Coach Greenlight Data Uploads. This deadline is firm.
- 17 Feb 2025: Deadline for ordering event t-shirts, pins and medals.
- 27 Feb 2025: Coach Preview of Public Schedule
- 28 Feb 2025: Public Schedule released on Legacy website event page
- 12 Feb 2025: Final Public Schedule released, only if any updates are needed.
- 2 March 2025: Deadline for upload of recordings of routine for Virtual Stunt Group entries. See here for details on how/where to upload.
- 14 March 2025: Coach Pre-Check available at venue- approx 3:00-4:00pm, exact time TBD.
