Preliminary Schedule (Version 1) Released to Coaches via RegChamp
(Warm Up timings in this version are estimates only and will likely change slightly).

CURRENT ACTIONS REQUIRED:

  • View the Prelim Schedule in RegChamp - in the 'Docs, Reports & Results' tab, click 'Schedule' to see your teams only. Click the link under 'Documents' to see the full PDF version, including awards timings.
  • Continue to prepare your teams as normal. If any conflicts/timing issues in Prelim Schedule, please submit change request form via RegChamp (do not email!). DO NOT submit for roster changes/division changes - system will open for you to make these changes yourself in early January (see timeline below).
  • STUNT GROUPS: We are allowing existing entries for Virtual SG the option to stay as you are or upgrade to live performance. You'll get an email about that if this applies to you. We do not have capacity to add any SG that is not already entered as virtual.
  • Prepare as needed for the 7 January deadline of Group Spectator orders, ordering wristband postage, and coach greenlight data uploads. 
  • Additional helpful info is noted in timeline below.

TIMELINE OF KEY DATES AND DEADLINES:

  • 5 Nov 2024: Team Registration Closes. Rosters, divisions, team entries must be confirmed. Payments must be received in full by this date. Deadline is firm.
  • 12 Nov 2024: Waitlist requests will be decided no later than this date. Also, if logistics allow options for virtual SG to upgrade to live performance, we will notify teams no later than this date, and allow time for teams to decide how to proceed either way.
  • 20 Nov 2024: Confidential Preliminary Schedule (version 1) released to coaches.
  • 20 Nov 2024 to 2 Jan 2025: During this time you may submit Change Request Form via RegChamp for schedule conflicts/concerns ONLY. DO NOT submit any roster amendments or division changes. The system will open for you to make these changes yourself on 3rd Jan. Additional info about this process (new for 2025) will be provided when we open for updates.
  • 3 Jan 2025 to 8 Jan 2025: RegChamp open for coaches to make their own roster updates/division changes (note division changes will still incur a £75 fee, except for those caused by roster changes).
  • 7 Jan 2025: Deadline for Group Spectator Orders, Ordering Wristband Postage, and Coach Greenlight Data Uploads. This deadline is firm.
  • 10 Jan 2025: Prelim Version 2 Schedule to be released to coaches only. (Further prelim versions may also be released, if required).
  • 23 Jan 2025: Coach Preview of Public Schedule
  • 24 Jan 2025: Public Schedule released on Legacy website event page
  • 5 Feb 2025: Final Public Schedule released, only if any updates are needed. 
  • 7 Feb 2025: Coach Pre-Check available at venue- 3:00-4:00pm.
