Registration Deadline has now passed.

Preliminary Schedule (Version 2) Released to Coaches via RegChamp
(Warm Up timings in this version are estimates only and will likely change slightly).

RegChamp system is LOCKED for amendments - for any changes submit a Change Request Form.

Deadline has PASSED for Group Spectator Orders, ordering postage of wristbands and submission of Greenlight data for coaches.

CURRENT ACTIONS REQUIRED:

  • View the updated Prelim Schedule (Version 2) in RegChamp - in the 'Docs, Reports & Results' tab, click the link under 'Documents' to see the PDF version, including awards timings.
  • Submit any timing conflicts/issues in the current Prelim Schedule, or athlete roster or coach changes, via Change Request Form in RegChamp.
  • Place pre-orders for t-shirts, pins and medals before 13 January deadline.
  • Additional helpful info is noted in timeline below.

TIMELINE OF KEY DATES AND DEADLINES:

  • 5 Nov 2024: Team Registration Closes. Rosters, divisions, team entries must be confirmed. Payments must be received in full by this date. Deadline is firm.
  • 12 Nov 2024: Waitlist requests will be decided no later than this date. Also, if logistics allow options for virtual SG to upgrade to live performance, we will notify teams no later than this date, and allow time for teams to decide how to proceed either way.
  • 20 Nov 2024: Confidential Preliminary Schedule (version 1) released to coaches.
  • 20 Nov 2024 to 2 Jan 2025: During this time you may submit Change Request Form via RegChamp for schedule conflicts/concerns ONLY, not for roster amendments or division changes. The system will open for you to make these changes yourself on 3rd Jan.
  • 3 Jan 2025 to 8 Jan 2025: RegChamp open for coaches to make their own roster updates/division changes (note division changes will still incur a £75 fee, except for those caused by roster changes).
  • 7 Jan 2025: Deadline for Group Spectator Orders, Ordering Wristband Postage, and Coach Greenlight Data Uploads. This deadline is firm.
  • 10 Jan 2025: Confidential Preliminary Schedule (version 2) released to coaches. (Further prelim versions may also be released, if required).
  • 13 Jan 2025: Deadline for ordering event t-shirts, pins and medals.
  • 23 Jan 2025: Coach Preview of Public Schedule (Updated from last Prelim schedule, taking into account any submitted amendments to date).
  • 24 Jan 2025: Public Schedule released on Legacy website event page
  • 5 Feb 2025: Final Public Schedule released, only if any updates are needed. 
  • 7 Feb 2025: Coach Pre-Check available at venue- 3:00-4:00pm.
