LIVE YOUR LEGACY: 7-8 June, 2025
EVENT STATUS:
This event is accepting entries, but some divisions/days are approaching waitlist because they are almost full.
ACTION REQUIRED BEFORE REGISTRATION DEADLINE- 25 FEBRUARY, 2025:
- Confirm all intended teams are entered for the event
- Confirm all teams have a name (as you wish them to be announced on the day), with correct spelling and capitalisation
- Confirm all rosters are correct
- Confirm all divisions are correct
- When entry is complete and correct, make payment in full
- Note: Division changes made after the deadline for reasons not related to roster updates will incur additional fees. Also, adding teams or additional athletes to overall entry will incur additional fees. This can be avoided by following steps above.
- Questions? Ask with plenty of time for us to process and respond before the deadline
- Additional actions will be required as noted in timeline below
TIMELINE OF KEY DATES AND DEADLINES:
- 25 Feb 2025: Team Registration Closes. Rosters, divisions, team entries must be confirmed. Payments must be received in full by this date. Deadline is firm.
- 26 Feb through early April 2025: Continue to prepare your teams as normal. Do not submit change request forms as we have done in past. Keep notes for yourself instead. We will open the system in early April 2025 for programmes to make roster updates. Additional info about this process (new for 2025) will be provided when we open for updates.
- 4 March 2025: Waitlist requests will be decided no later than this date. Also, if logistics allow options for virtual SG to upgrade to live performance, we will notify teams no later than this date, and allow time for teams to decide how to proceed either way. Further info will be provided at the time, as applicable.
- 25 March 2025: Confidential Preliminary Schedule (version 1) released to coaches via RegChamp no later than this date
- April/May 2025: TBD dates for roster updates and schedule revisions as needed. Dates will be added here as we know them, based on event needs. Additional preliminary schedule releases will also occur after this, usually 1 or 2 revisions before public schedule. We will update this page to keep you informed as we proceed and rosters settle.
- 8 May 2025: Deadline for Group Spectator Orders, Ordering Wristband Postage, and Coach Greenlight Data Uploads. Note this deadline is slightly more than 30 days before the event, due to event size. This deadline is firm.
- 22 May 2025: Coach Preview of Public Schedule
- 23 May 2025: Public Schedule released on Legacy website event page.
- 25 May 2025: Deadline for upload of recordings of routine for Virtual Stunt Group entries. See here for details on how/where to upload.
- 4 June 2025: Final Public Schedule released, only if any updates are needed.
- 6 June 2025: Coach Pre-Check available at venue- approx 3:00-4:00pm, exact time TBD.
